Office cleaning - This is how it goes
Once you make the smart decision to accept our quote, upkeep cleaning will progress in a strictly predetermined manner. We will organise a start-up meeting together with you, and accept the project during this meeting. You will meet our Sales Representative, Service Manager, Cleaning Service Supervisor and Customer Relations Manager at this meeting. Afterwards, the Service Manager organises staff for the site and provides them with orientation to the site in addition to creating a system of stand-in staff. You are always provided with the names of the permanent cleaning staff as well as the stand-in staff.
Customer meetings
Organised once a month or as requested. The meeting is composed of a discussion between the customer and the Service Manager, and a quality check tour of the site. A quality control memo, to be signed by both parties, is prepared of the meeting and issued to all parties.
Development meetings
Organised one to three times a year, depending on the size of the site and requests. A development meeting will be held between the customer, the Customer Relations Manager and the Service Manager, addressing the previous cleaning period, the quality of upkeep cleaning and the level of customer services. Upcoming changes and additional needs are also covered. A quality control memo, to be signed by both parties, is prepared of the meeting and issued to all parties.
